What this preview collects
The enquiry form prepares text in your own email application. The website does not submit or store those form entries. If you send the email or contact us through WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and project information. Your email or messaging provider handles its own processing.
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond, review project suitability and prepare a quotation. Project information shared during a commission is used to deliver the agreed work. We do not sell enquiry information or add you to a marketing list through this form.
Hosting and external services
The hosting provider may process technical request data for delivery, security and reliability. Email and messaging providers may process data outside your country. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical request information when the font resources are fetched. This preview has no studio-installed analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Hosting or authentication services may use their own necessary cookies. The final launch notice will identify the active providers and any consent controls required.
Project files and retention
Do not submit confidential material until sharing arrangements are agreed. Access is limited to what is needed to review or deliver the work. Enquiry and project retention periods will be confirmed before public launch and in the service agreement. Contact us to request deletion of information that is no longer needed, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or raise a concern, by emailing the studio. Requests are assessed under applicable law. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority.
